Do you cover my area?
We work across all London boroughs and into the Home Counties, including Surrey, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. If you are unsure, just ask and we will confirm whether we cover your location.
What do I need for the first meeting?
Nothing specific. It helps if you have a rough idea of what you would like to achieve, any photos of your property, and your budget range. We handle everything else from there, including surveys and measurements.

Yes. Your first consultation is completely free and without obligation. We use it to understand your project, discuss options and explain the process so you can make an informed decision.
Do you handle planning applications and building regulations?
Yes. We provide a complete service covering architectural design, planning submissions, structural engineering and building regulations. You will have a single point of contact throughout the entire process.
How much do your services cost?
